The right ear seems evil as shit, more evil than the left. The upper right corner seems to be helpful sometimes but this is not definitive at all so be careful and notice the differences for yourself but NEVER FULLY TRUST ANY OF THEM.

Seeing lights behind the eyes when the eyes are closed such as blue dots, green or white “floating auroras”, rainbow sparkles or scrambles, a single red or purple light right in the center of the vision.

This issue deals with vibration, magnetism, energy and frequency which is the reason the practice of using crystals/gems and what not is mentioned in the scriptures and practiced by people into Spiritualism however I don’t believe they are using this the right way at all. I am researching this now.
The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. They can sense the left ear, the right ear, a space on the upper right corner, right directly above the mind space centered at the top and outside of the head all together.
Suddenly becoming extraordinarily cold where one begins to shake and convulse.
